Constitution and BylawsOur Constitution was drawn up under the presidency of Mr. Des Gardiner in 1971 and became incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario in 1972 when Mr. Keith Bonner was president. All members, as part of your application to our club, are required to have read and understood and agree to abide by the rules and regulations laid out in the constitution, by-laws, and standing resolutions of the club.
